Before the pandemic I welcomed over 600 mums through the doors of my in person group fitness classes...
When the pandemic hit, I took my exercise online to mums across the nation, and since then I have supported thousands of mums with their body struggles. Jaw dropping transformations are seen week by week, not just with mums' bodies - but also discovering that little piece of themselves they didn't know they'd lost.
This Summer I brought back a 6-week group class to give local mums an uplifting, friendly IN PERSON class...
The buzz has been so well-recieved that I now cannot resist continuing this beyond the Summer!
No matter what stage of motherhood you're at, and however crazy you think this could be for you - I can assure you we embrace it all on a Friday morning TOGETHER

Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on site, for up to 4 hours.
Please enter your vehicle registration at reception upon arrival.
Do I need anything?
There are some mats available to borrow, but not enough for everyone.
Let me know if you would like me to put one aside on your first session.
Bring a drink and anything you need for your child
What time should I arrive?
We suggest arriving at 10.15am to imput your reg, fill a health & safety form at reception (if it is your first time here), and to make your way to the studio and set yourself a space. The warm up begins at 10.30am.
Facilities?
There is a cafe onsite, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities in the changing rooms
What if I cannot attend?
Bookings are non tranferable / changeable or refundable. It is a standard £49 for the block.
Ad hoc sessions can only occur when cancellations are made due to the strict limits on numbers within the studio, I have a waiting list for this so please contact me directly
Do you offer trial sessions?
Please contact me directly to see if there are any cancellations on any of the weeks in order to arrange a trial (£10)
Are the exercises safe?
All exercises are designed for mums' bodies, safe for postpartum and abdominal separation. I am a qualified pre and postnatal specialist with 10 years of experience supporting mums withn this field. No equipment is used, this is bodyweight only within a supportive envionment
What ages of children are welcome?
Any age! As long as you are safe to exercise then it does not matter the stage of motherhood you are at or how old your child is.
I will welcome you and have a chat before you start. I TOTALLY understand anxiety can be high when joining a class for so many reasons, but don't worry - I got you. No anxiety needed - I promise!
